فَوَرَبِّ ٱلسَّمَآءِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ إِنَّهُۥ لَحَقٌّ مِّثْلَ مَآ أَنَّكُمْ تَنطِقُونَ

Quran 51:23 is ayah 23 of Surah Adh-Dhariyat (“The Winnowing Winds”), a Meccan surah of 60 ayahs. It is in Juz 26, on page 521 of the Madani Mushaf.

51:23

فَوَرَبِّٱلسَّمَآءِوَٱلْأَرْضِإِنَّهُۥلَحَقٌّمِّثْلَمَآأَنَّكُمْتَنطِقُونَ٢٣

fawarabbi l-samāi wal-arḍi innahu laḥaqqun mith'la mā annakum tanṭiqūna

Then by the Lord of the heaven and earth, indeed, it is truth - just as [sure as] it is that you are speaking.(23)
