Surah Al-Ahqaf, Ayah 12 (46:12)

ٱلْأَحْقَاف

وَمِن قَبْلِهِۦ كِتَٰبُ مُوسَىٰٓ إِمَامًا وَرَحْمَةً ۚ وَهَٰذَا كِتَٰبٌ مُّصَدِّقٌ لِّسَانًا عَرَبِيًّا …

Quran 46:12 is ayah 12 of Surah Al-Ahqaf (“The Wind-Curved Sandhills”), a Meccan surah of 35 ayahs. It is in Juz 26, on page 503 of the Madani Mushaf.

46:12
وَمِنقَبْلِهِۦكِتَٰبُمُوسَىٰٓإِمَامًاوَرَحْمَةً ۚوَهَٰذَاكِتَٰبٌمُّصَدِّقٌلِّسَانًاعَرَبِيًّالِّيُنذِرَٱلَّذِينَظَلَمُوا۟وَبُشْرَىٰلِلْمُحْسِنِينَ١٢
wamin qablihi kitābu mūsā imāman waraḥmatan wahādhā kitābun muṣaddiqun lisānan ʿarabiyyan liyundhira alladhīna ẓalamū wabush'rā lil'muḥ'sinīna

And before it was the scripture of Moses to lead and as a mercy. And this is a confirming Book in an Arabic tongue to warn those who have wronged and as good tidings to the doers of good.(12)
