وَنُقَلِّبُ أَفِْٔدَتَهُمْ وَأَبْصَٰرَهُمْ كَمَا لَمْ يُؤْمِنُوا۟ بِهِۦٓ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ وَنَذَرُهُمْ فِى …

Quran 6:110 is ayah 110 of Surah Al-An'am (“The Cattle”), a Meccan surah of 165 ayahs. It is in Juz 7, on page 141 of the Madani Mushaf.

6:110
وَنُقَلِّبُأَفِْٔدَتَهُمْوَأَبْصَٰرَهُمْكَمَالَمْيُؤْمِنُوا۟بِهِۦٓأَوَّلَمَرَّةٍوَنَذَرُهُمْفِىطُغْيَٰنِهِمْيَعْمَهُونَ١١٠
wanuqallibu afidatahum wa-abṣārahum kamā lam yu'minū bihi awwala marratin wanadharuhum fī ṭugh'yānihim yaʿmahūna

And We will turn away their hearts and their eyes just as they refused to believe in it [i.e., the revelation] the first time. And We will leave them in their transgression, wandering blindly.(110)
