6:18
وَهُوَٱلْقَاهِرُفَوْقَعِبَادِهِۦ ۚوَهُوَٱلْحَكِيمُٱلْخَبِيرُ١٨
wahuwa l-qāhiru fawqa ʿibādihi wahuwa l-ḥakīmu l-khabīru
And He is the subjugator over His servants. And He is the Wise, the Aware.(18)

ٱلْأَنْعَام
وَهُوَ ٱلْقَاهِرُ فَوْقَ عِبَادِهِۦ ۚ وَهُوَ ٱلْحَكِيمُ ٱلْخَبِيرُ
