Surah Al-An'am, Ayah 96 (6:96)

ٱلْأَنْعَام

فَالِقُ ٱلْإِصْبَاحِ وَجَعَلَ ٱلَّيْلَ سَكَنًا وَٱلشَّمْسَ وَٱلْقَمَرَ حُسْبَانًا ۚ ذَٰلِكَ تَقْدِيرُ …

Quran 6:96 is ayah 96 of Surah Al-An'am (“The Cattle”), a Meccan surah of 165 ayahs. It is in Juz 7, on page 140 of the Madani Mushaf.

6:96
فَالِقُٱلْإِصْبَاحِوَجَعَلَٱلَّيْلَسَكَنًاوَٱلشَّمْسَوَٱلْقَمَرَحُسْبَانًا ۚذَٰلِكَتَقْدِيرُٱلْعَزِيزِٱلْعَلِيمِ٩٦
fāliqu l-iṣ'bāḥi wajaʿala al-layla sakanan wal-shamsa wal-qamara ḥus'bānan dhālika taqdīru l-ʿazīzi l-ʿalīmi

[He is] the cleaver of daybreak and has made the night for rest and the sun and moon for calculation. That is the determination of the Exalted in Might, the Knowing.(96)
