Surah Al-'Ankabut, Ayah 48 (29:48)

ٱلْعَنْكَبُوت

وَمَا كُنتَ تَتْلُوا۟ مِن قَبْلِهِۦ مِن كِتَٰبٍ وَلَا تَخُطُّهُۥ بِيَمِينِكَ ۖ إِذًا لَّٱرْتَابَ …

Quran 29:48 is ayah 48 of Surah Al-'Ankabut (“The Spider”), a Meccan surah of 69 ayahs. It is in Juz 21, on page 402 of the Madani Mushaf.

29:48
وَمَاكُنتَتَتْلُوا۟مِنقَبْلِهِۦمِنكِتَٰبٍوَلَاتَخُطُّهُۥبِيَمِينِكَ ۖإِذًالَّٱرْتَابَٱلْمُبْطِلُونَ٤٨
wamā kunta tatlū min qablihi min kitābin walā takhuṭṭuhu biyamīnika idhan la-ir'tāba l-mub'ṭilūna

And you did not recite before it any scripture, nor did you inscribe one with your right hand. Then [i.e., otherwise] the falsifiers would have had [cause for] doubt.(48)
