بَلِٱلَّذِينَكَفَرُوا۟فِىتَكْذِيبٍ١٩
bali alladhīna kafarū fī takdhībin
But they who disbelieve are in [persistent] denial,(19)

بَلِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ فِى تَكْذِيبٍ
