وَٱلْأَرْضَ مَدَدْنَٰهَا وَأَلْقَيْنَا فِيهَا رَوَٰسِىَ وَأَنۢبَتْنَا فِيهَا مِن كُلِّ شَىْءٍ مَّوْزُونٍ

Quran 15:19 is ayah 19 of Surah Al-Hijr (“The Rocky Tract”), a Meccan surah of 99 ayahs. It is in Juz 14, on page 263 of the Madani Mushaf.

15:19

وَٱلْأَرْضَمَدَدْنَٰهَاوَأَلْقَيْنَافِيهَارَوَٰسِىَوَأَنۢبَتْنَافِيهَامِنكُلِّشَىْءٍمَّوْزُونٍ١٩

wal-arḍa madadnāhā wa-alqaynā fīhā rawāsiya wa-anbatnā fīhā min kulli shayin mawzūnin

And the earth - We have spread it and cast therein firmly set mountains and caused to grow therein [something] of every well-balanced thing.(19)
