وَإِذْ أَوْحَيْتُ إِلَى ٱلْحَوَارِيِّۧنَ أَنْ ءَامِنُوا۟ بِى وَبِرَسُولِى قَالُوٓا۟ ءَامَنَّا …

Quran 5:111 is ayah 111 of Surah Al-Ma'idah (“The Table Spread”), a Medinan surah of 120 ayahs. It is in Juz 7, on page 126 of the Madani Mushaf.

وَإِذْأَوْحَيْتُإِلَىٱلْحَوَارِيِّۧنَأَنْءَامِنُوا۟بِىوَبِرَسُولِىقَالُوٓا۟ءَامَنَّاوَٱشْهَدْبِأَنَّنَامُسْلِمُونَ١١١
wa-idh awḥaytu ilā l-ḥawāriyīna an āminū bī wabirasūlī qālū āmannā wa-ish'had bi-annanā mus'limūna

And [remember] when I inspired to the disciples, "Believe in Me and in My messenger [i.e., Jesus]." They said, "We have believed, so bear witness that indeed we are Muslims [in submission to Allāh]."(111)
