كَذَّبُوا۟ بَِٔايَٰتِنَا كُلِّهَا فَأَخَذْنَٰهُمْ أَخْذَ عَزِيزٍ مُّقْتَدِرٍ

Quran 54:42 is ayah 42 of Surah Al-Qamar (“The Moon”), a Meccan surah of 55 ayahs. It is in Juz 27, on page 530 of the Madani Mushaf.

54:42

كَذَّبُوا۟بَِٔايَٰتِنَاكُلِّهَافَأَخَذْنَٰهُمْأَخْذَعَزِيزٍمُّقْتَدِرٍ٤٢

kadhabū biāyātinā kullihā fa-akhadhnāhum akhdha ʿazīzin muq'tadirin

They denied Our signs, all of them, so We seized them with a seizure of one Exalted in Might and Perfect in Ability.(42)
