54:49
إِنَّاكُلَّشَىْءٍخَلَقْنَٰهُبِقَدَرٍ٤٩
innā kulla shayin khalaqnāhu biqadarin
Indeed, all things We created with predestination.(49)

إِنَّا كُلَّ شَىْءٍ خَلَقْنَٰهُ بِقَدَرٍ
