Surah Ali 'Imran, Ayah 80 (3:80)

آلِ عِمْرَان

وَلَا يَأْمُرَكُمْ أَن تَتَّخِذُوا۟ ٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةَ وَٱلنَّبِيِّۧنَ أَرْبَابًا ۗ أَيَأْمُرُكُم بِٱلْكُفْرِ …

Quran 3:80 is ayah 80 of Surah Ali 'Imran (“Family of Imran”), a Medinan surah of 200 ayahs. It is in Juz 3, on page 60 of the Madani Mushaf.

3:80
وَلَايَأْمُرَكُمْأَنتَتَّخِذُوا۟ٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةَوَٱلنَّبِيِّۧنَأَرْبَابًا ۗأَيَأْمُرُكُمبِٱلْكُفْرِبَعْدَإِذْأَنتُممُّسْلِمُونَ٨٠
walā yamurakum an tattakhidhū l-malāikata wal-nabiyīna arbāban ayamurukum bil-kuf'ri baʿda idh antum mus'limūna

Nor could he order you to take the angels and prophets as lords. Would he order you to disbelief after you had been Muslims?(80)
