Surah An-Naml, Ayah 56 (27:56)

ٱلنَّمْل

۞ فَمَا كَانَ جَوَابَ قَوْمِهِۦٓ إِلَّآ أَن قَالُوٓا۟ أَخْرِجُوٓا۟ ءَالَ لُوطٍ مِّن قَرْيَتِكُمْ ۖ …

Quran 27:56 is ayah 56 of Surah An-Naml (“The Ant”), a Meccan surah of 93 ayahs. It is in Juz 20, on page 382 of the Madani Mushaf.

27:56
۞ فَمَاكَانَجَوَابَقَوْمِهِۦٓإِلَّآأَنقَالُوٓا۟أَخْرِجُوٓا۟ءَالَلُوطٍمِّنقَرْيَتِكُمْ ۖإِنَّهُمْأُنَاسٌيَتَطَهَّرُونَ٥٦
famā kāna jawāba qawmihi illā an qālū akhrijū āla lūṭin min qaryatikum innahum unāsun yataṭahharūna

But the answer of his people was not except that they said, "Expel the family of Lot from your city. Indeed, they are people who keep themselves pure."(56)
