Surah An-Nisa, Ayah 9 (4:9)

ٱلنِّسَاء

وَلْيَخْشَ ٱلَّذِينَ لَوْ تَرَكُوا۟ مِنْ خَلْفِهِمْ ذُرِّيَّةً ضِعَٰفًا خَافُوا۟ عَلَيْهِمْ فَلْيَتَّقُوا۟ …

Quran 4:9 is ayah 9 of Surah An-Nisa (“The Women”), a Medinan surah of 176 ayahs. It is in Juz 4, on page 78 of the Madani Mushaf.

4:9
وَلْيَخْشَٱلَّذِينَلَوْتَرَكُوا۟مِنْخَلْفِهِمْذُرِّيَّةًضِعَٰفًاخَافُوا۟عَلَيْهِمْفَلْيَتَّقُوا۟ٱللَّهَوَلْيَقُولُوا۟قَوْلًاسَدِيدًا٩
walyakhsha alladhīna law tarakū min khalfihim dhurriyyatan ḍiʿāfan khāfū ʿalayhim falyattaqū l-laha walyaqūlū qawlan sadīdan

And let those [executors and guardians] fear [injustice] as if they [themselves] had left weak offspring behind and feared for them. So let them fear Allāh and speak words of appropriate justice.(9)
