30:49
وَإِنكَانُوا۟مِنقَبْلِأَنيُنَزَّلَعَلَيْهِممِّنقَبْلِهِۦلَمُبْلِسِينَ٤٩
wa-in kānū min qabli an yunazzala ʿalayhim min qablihi lamub'lisīna
Although they were, before it was sent down upon them - before that, in despair.(49)

ٱلرُّوم
وَإِن كَانُوا۟ مِن قَبْلِ أَن يُنَزَّلَ عَلَيْهِم مِّن قَبْلِهِۦ لَمُبْلِسِينَ
