أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا۟ أَنَّا نَسُوقُ ٱلْمَآءَ إِلَى ٱلْأَرْضِ ٱلْجُرُزِ فَنُخْرِجُ بِهِۦ زَرْعًا تَأْكُلُ …

Quran 32:27 is ayah 27 of Surah As-Sajdah (“The Prostration”), a Meccan surah of 30 ayahs. It is in Juz 21, on page 417 of the Madani Mushaf.

32:27
أَوَلَمْيَرَوْا۟أَنَّانَسُوقُٱلْمَآءَإِلَىٱلْأَرْضِٱلْجُرُزِفَنُخْرِجُبِهِۦزَرْعًاتَأْكُلُمِنْهُأَنْعَٰمُهُمْوَأَنفُسُهُمْ ۖأَفَلَايُبْصِرُونَ٢٧
awalam yaraw annā nasūqu l-māa ilā l-arḍi l-juruzi fanukh'riju bihi zarʿan takulu min'hu anʿāmuhum wa-anfusuhum afalā yub'ṣirūna

Have they not seen that We drive water [in clouds] to barren land and bring forth thereby crops from which their livestock eat and [they] themselves? Then do they not see?(27)
