ٱلشُّورَىٰ

لَهُۥ مَقَالِيدُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۖ يَبْسُطُ ٱلرِّزْقَ لِمَن يَشَآءُ وَيَقْدِرُ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ بِكُلِّ …

Quran 42:12 is ayah 12 of Surah Ash-Shuraa (“The Consultation”), a Meccan surah of 53 ayahs. It is in Juz 25, on page 484 of the Madani Mushaf.

42:12
لَهُۥمَقَالِيدُٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِوَٱلْأَرْضِ ۖيَبْسُطُٱلرِّزْقَلِمَنيَشَآءُوَيَقْدِرُ ۚإِنَّهُۥبِكُلِّشَىْءٍعَلِيمٌ١٢
lahu maqālīdu l-samāwāti wal-arḍi yabsuṭu l-riz'qa liman yashāu wayaqdiru innahu bikulli shayin ʿalīmun

To Him belong the keys of the heavens and the earth. He extends provision for whom He wills and restricts [it]. Indeed He is, of all things, Knowing.(12)
