Surah At-Tawbah, Ayah 116 (9:116)

ٱلتَّوْبَة

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَهُۥ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۖ يُحْىِۦ وَيُمِيتُ ۚ وَمَا لَكُم مِّن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ …

Quran 9:116 is ayah 116 of Surah At-Tawbah (“The Repentance”), a Medinan surah of 129 ayahs. It is in Juz 11, on page 205 of the Madani Mushaf.

9:116
إِنَّٱللَّهَلَهُۥمُلْكُٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِوَٱلْأَرْضِ ۖيُحْىِۦوَيُمِيتُ ۚوَمَالَكُممِّندُونِٱللَّهِمِنوَلِىٍّوَلَانَصِيرٍ١١٦
inna l-laha lahu mul'ku l-samāwāti wal-arḍi yuḥ'yī wayumītu wamā lakum min dūni l-lahi min waliyyin walā naṣīrin

Indeed, to Allāh belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth; He gives life and causes death. And you have not besides Allāh any protector or any helper.(116)
