وَبَدَا لَهُمْ سَئَِّاتُ مَا كَسَبُوا۟ وَحَاقَ بِهِم مَّا كَانُوا۟ بِهِۦ يَسْتَهْزِءُونَ

Quran 39:48 is ayah 48 of Surah Az-Zumar (“The Troops”), a Meccan surah of 75 ayahs. It is in Juz 24, on page 464 of the Madani Mushaf.

39:48

وَبَدَالَهُمْسَئَِّاتُمَاكَسَبُوا۟وَحَاقَبِهِممَّاكَانُوا۟بِهِۦيَسْتَهْزِءُونَ٤٨

wabadā lahum sayyiātu mā kasabū waḥāqa bihim mā kānū bihi yastahziūna

And there will appear to them the evils they had earned, and they will be enveloped by what they used to ridicule.(48)
