فُصِّلَت

وَقَالُوا۟ لِجُلُودِهِمْ لِمَ شَهِدتُّمْ عَلَيْنَا ۖ قَالُوٓا۟ أَنطَقَنَا ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَنطَقَ …

Quran 41:21 is ayah 21 of Surah Fussilat (“Explained in Detail”), a Meccan surah of 54 ayahs. It is in Juz 24, on page 479 of the Madani Mushaf.

41:21
وَقَالُوا۟لِجُلُودِهِمْلِمَشَهِدتُّمْعَلَيْنَا ۖقَالُوٓا۟أَنطَقَنَاٱللَّهُٱلَّذِىٓأَنطَقَكُلَّشَىْءٍوَهُوَخَلَقَكُمْأَوَّلَمَرَّةٍوَإِلَيْهِتُرْجَعُونَ٢١
waqālū lijulūdihim lima shahidttum ʿalaynā qālū anṭaqanā l-lahu alladhī anṭaqa kulla shayin wahuwa khalaqakum awwala marratin wa-ilayhi tur'jaʿūna

And they will say to their skins, "Why have you testified against us?" They will say, "We were made to speak by Allāh, who has made everything speak; and He created you the first time, and to Him you are returned.(21)
