40:2
تَنزِيلُٱلْكِتَٰبِمِنَٱللَّهِٱلْعَزِيزِٱلْعَلِيمِ٢
tanzīlu l-kitābi mina l-lahi l-ʿazīzi l-ʿalīmi
The revelation of the Book [i.e., the Qur’ān] is from Allāh, the Exalted in Might, the Knowing,(2)

غَافِر
تَنزِيلُ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْعَزِيزِ ٱلْعَلِيمِ
