Surah Ya-Sin, Ayah 9 (36:9)

وَجَعَلْنَا مِنۢ بَيْنِ أَيْدِيهِمْ سَدًّا وَمِنْ خَلْفِهِمْ سَدًّا فَأَغْشَيْنَٰهُمْ فَهُمْ لَا …

Quran 36:9 is ayah 9 of Surah Ya-Sin (“Ya Sin”), a Meccan surah of 83 ayahs. It is in Juz 22, on page 440 of the Madani Mushaf.

36:9
وَجَعَلْنَامِنۢبَيْنِأَيْدِيهِمْسَدًّاوَمِنْخَلْفِهِمْسَدًّافَأَغْشَيْنَٰهُمْفَهُمْلَايُبْصِرُونَ٩
wajaʿalnā min bayni aydīhim saddan wamin khalfihim saddan fa-aghshaynāhum fahum lā yub'ṣirūna

And We have put before them a barrier and behind them a barrier and covered them, so they do not see.(9)
