10:96
إِنَّٱلَّذِينَحَقَّتْعَلَيْهِمْكَلِمَتُرَبِّكَلَايُؤْمِنُونَ٩٦
inna alladhīna ḥaqqat ʿalayhim kalimatu rabbika lā yu'minūna
Indeed, those upon whom the word [i.e., decree] of your Lord has come into effect will not believe,(96)

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ حَقَّتْ عَلَيْهِمْ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ
