Surah Yusuf, Ayah 62 (12:62)

يُوسُف

وَقَالَ لِفِتْيَٰنِهِ ٱجْعَلُوا۟ بِضَٰعَتَهُمْ فِى رِحَالِهِمْ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَعْرِفُونَهَآ إِذَا …

Quran 12:62 is ayah 62 of Surah Yusuf (“Joseph”), a Meccan surah of 111 ayahs. It is in Juz 13, on page 242 of the Madani Mushaf.

12:62
وَقَالَلِفِتْيَٰنِهِٱجْعَلُوا۟بِضَٰعَتَهُمْفِىرِحَالِهِمْلَعَلَّهُمْيَعْرِفُونَهَآإِذَاٱنقَلَبُوٓا۟إِلَىٰٓأَهْلِهِمْلَعَلَّهُمْيَرْجِعُونَ٦٢
waqāla lifit'yānihi ij'ʿalū biḍāʿatahum fī riḥālihim laʿallahum yaʿrifūnahā idhā inqalabū ilā ahlihim laʿallahum yarjiʿūna

And [Joseph] said to his servants, "Put their merchandise into their saddlebags so they might recognize it when they have gone back to their people that perhaps they will [again] return."(62)
