وَإِن تَدْعُوهُمْ إِلَى ٱلْهُدَىٰ لَا يَسْمَعُوا۟ ۖ وَتَرَىٰهُمْ يَنظُرُونَ إِلَيْكَ وَهُمْ لَا …

Quran 7:198 is ayah 198 of Surah Al-A'raf (“The Heights”), a Meccan surah of 206 ayahs. It is in Juz 9, on page 176 of the Madani Mushaf.

7:198

وَإِنتَدْعُوهُمْإِلَىٱلْهُدَىٰلَايَسْمَعُوا۟ ۖوَتَرَىٰهُمْيَنظُرُونَإِلَيْكَوَهُمْلَايُبْصِرُونَ١٩٨

wa-in tadʿūhum ilā l-hudā lā yasmaʿū watarāhum yanẓurūna ilayka wahum lā yub'ṣirūna

And if you invite them to guidance, they do not hear; and you see them looking at you while they do not see.(198)
