Surah Al-Fath, Ayah 5 (48:5)

ٱلْفَتْح

لِّيُدْخِلَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنَٰتِ جَنَّٰتٍ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهَا ٱلْأَنْهَٰرُ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَا …

Quran 48:5 is ayah 5 of Surah Al-Fath (“The Victory”), a Medinan surah of 29 ayahs. It is in Juz 26, on page 511 of the Madani Mushaf.

48:5
لِّيُدْخِلَٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَوَٱلْمُؤْمِنَٰتِجَنَّٰتٍتَجْرِىمِنتَحْتِهَاٱلْأَنْهَٰرُخَٰلِدِينَفِيهَاوَيُكَفِّرَعَنْهُمْسَئَِّاتِهِمْ ۚوَكَانَذَٰلِكَعِندَٱللَّهِفَوْزًاعَظِيمًا٥
liyud'khila l-mu'minīna wal-mu'mināti jannātin tajrī min taḥtihā l-anhāru khālidīna fīhā wayukaffira ʿanhum sayyiātihim wakāna dhālika ʿinda l-lahi fawzan ʿaẓīman

[And] that He may admit the believing men and the believing women to gardens beneath which rivers flow to abide therein eternally and remove from them their misdeeds - and ever is that, in the sight of Allāh, a great attainment(5)

  18. فَوْزًاfawzana success
  19. عَظِيمًاʿaẓīmangreat
