نَّحْنُ خَلَقْنَٰهُمْ وَشَدَدْنَآ أَسْرَهُمْ ۖ وَإِذَا شِئْنَا بَدَّلْنَآ أَمْثَٰلَهُمْ تَبْدِيلًا

Quran 76:28 is ayah 28 of Surah Al-Insan (“The Man”), a Medinan surah of 31 ayahs. It is in Juz 29, on page 580 of the Madani Mushaf.

76:28

نَّحْنُخَلَقْنَٰهُمْوَشَدَدْنَآأَسْرَهُمْ ۖوَإِذَاشِئْنَابَدَّلْنَآأَمْثَٰلَهُمْتَبْدِيلًا٢٨

naḥnu khalaqnāhum washadadnā asrahum wa-idhā shi'nā baddalnā amthālahum tabdīlan

We have created them and strengthened their forms, and when We will, We can change their likenesses with [complete] alteration.(28)
