3:138
هَٰذَابَيَانٌلِّلنَّاسِوَهُدًىوَمَوْعِظَةٌلِّلْمُتَّقِينَ١٣٨
hādhā bayānun lilnnāsi wahudan wamawʿiẓatun lil'muttaqīna
This [Qur’ān] is a clear statement to [all] the people and a guidance and instruction for those conscious of Allāh.(138)

آلِ عِمْرَان
هَٰذَا بَيَانٌ لِّلنَّاسِ وَهُدًى وَمَوْعِظَةٌ لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ
