ٱلتَّوْبَة

إِنَّمَا يَسْتَْٔذِنُكَ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلْيَوْمِ ٱلَْٔاخِرِ وَٱرْتَابَتْ …

Quran 9:45 is ayah 45 of Surah At-Tawbah (“The Repentance”), a Medinan surah of 129 ayahs. It is in Juz 10, on page 194 of the Madani Mushaf.

إِنَّمَايَسْتَْٔذِنُكَٱلَّذِينَلَايُؤْمِنُونَبِٱللَّهِوَٱلْيَوْمِٱلَْٔاخِرِوَٱرْتَابَتْقُلُوبُهُمْفَهُمْفِىرَيْبِهِمْيَتَرَدَّدُونَ٤٥
innamā yastadhinuka alladhīna lā yu'minūna bil-lahi wal-yawmi l-ākhiri wa-ir'tābat qulūbuhum fahum fī raybihim yataraddadūna

Only those would ask permission of you who do not believe in Allāh and the Last Day and whose hearts have doubted, and they, in their doubt, are hesitating.(45)
