Surah At-Tawbah, Ayah 68 (9:68)

ٱلتَّوْبَة

وَعَدَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْمُنَٰفِقِينَ وَٱلْمُنَٰفِقَٰتِ وَٱلْكُفَّارَ نَارَ جَهَنَّمَ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَا ۚ هِىَ …

Quran 9:68 is ayah 68 of Surah At-Tawbah (“The Repentance”), a Medinan surah of 129 ayahs. It is in Juz 10, on page 197 of the Madani Mushaf.

9:68
وَعَدَٱللَّهُٱلْمُنَٰفِقِينَوَٱلْمُنَٰفِقَٰتِوَٱلْكُفَّارَنَارَجَهَنَّمَخَٰلِدِينَفِيهَا ۚهِىَحَسْبُهُمْ ۚوَلَعَنَهُمُٱللَّهُ ۖوَلَهُمْعَذَابٌمُّقِيمٌ٦٨
waʿada l-lahu l-munāfiqīna wal-munāfiqāti wal-kufāra nāra jahannama khālidīna fīhā hiya ḥasbuhum walaʿanahumu l-lahu walahum ʿadhābun muqīmun

Allāh has promised the hypocrite men and hypocrite women and the disbelievers the fire of Hell, wherein they will abide eternally. It is sufficient for them. And Allāh has cursed them, and for them is an enduring punishment.(68)

  12. وَلَعَنَهُمُwalaʿanahumuAnd Allah has cursed them
  13. ٱللَّهُ ۖl-lahuAnd Allah has cursed them
  14. وَلَهُمْwalahumand for them
  15. عَذَابٌʿadhābun(is) a punishment
  16. مُّقِيمٌmuqīmunenduring
