Surah Ghafir, Ayah 26 (40:26)

غَافِر

وَقَالَ فِرْعَوْنُ ذَرُونِىٓ أَقْتُلْ مُوسَىٰ وَلْيَدْعُ رَبَّهُۥٓ ۖ إِنِّىٓ أَخَافُ أَن يُبَدِّلَ دِينَكُمْ …

Quran 40:26 is ayah 26 of Surah Ghafir (“The Forgiver”), a Meccan surah of 85 ayahs. It is in Juz 24, on page 470 of the Madani Mushaf.

40:26
وَقَالَفِرْعَوْنُذَرُونِىٓأَقْتُلْمُوسَىٰوَلْيَدْعُرَبَّهُۥٓ ۖإِنِّىٓأَخَافُأَنيُبَدِّلَدِينَكُمْأَوْأَنيُظْهِرَفِىٱلْأَرْضِٱلْفَسَادَ٢٦
waqāla fir'ʿawnu dharūnī aqtul mūsā walyadʿu rabbahu innī akhāfu an yubaddila dīnakum aw an yuẓ'hira fī l-arḍi l-fasāda

And Pharaoh said, "Let me kill Moses and let him call upon his Lord. Indeed, I fear that he will change your religion or that he will cause corruption in the land."(26)
