Quran 31:11 is ayah 11 of Surah Luqman (“Luqman”), a Meccan surah of 34 ayahs. It is in Juz 21, on page 411 of the Madani Mushaf.

31:11

هَٰذَاخَلْقُٱللَّهِفَأَرُونِىمَاذَاخَلَقَٱلَّذِينَمِندُونِهِۦ ۚبَلِٱلظَّٰلِمُونَفِىضَلَٰلٍمُّبِينٍ١١

hādhā khalqu l-lahi fa-arūnī mādhā khalaqa alladhīna min dūnihi bali l-ẓālimūna fī ḍalālin mubīnin

This is the creation of Allāh. So show Me what those other than Him have created. Rather, the wrongdoers are in clear error.(11)
