وَلَوْ أَنَّآ أَهْلَكْنَٰهُم بِعَذَابٍ مِّن قَبْلِهِۦ لَقَالُوا۟ رَبَّنَا لَوْلَآ أَرْسَلْتَ إِلَيْنَا …

Quran 20:134 is ayah 134 of Surah Taha (“Ta-Ha”), a Meccan surah of 135 ayahs. It is in Juz 16, on page 321 of the Madani Mushaf.

20:134

وَلَوْأَنَّآأَهْلَكْنَٰهُمبِعَذَابٍمِّنقَبْلِهِۦلَقَالُوا۟رَبَّنَالَوْلَآأَرْسَلْتَإِلَيْنَارَسُولًافَنَتَّبِعَءَايَٰتِكَمِنقَبْلِأَننَّذِلَّوَنَخْزَىٰ١٣٤

walaw annā ahlaknāhum biʿadhābin min qablihi laqālū rabbanā lawlā arsalta ilaynā rasūlan fanattabiʿa āyātika min qabli an nadhilla wanakhzā

And if We had destroyed them with a punishment before him, they would have said, "Our Lord, why did You not send to us a messenger so we could have followed Your verses [i.e., teachings] before we were humiliated and disgraced?"(134)
