Surah Ya-Sin, Ayah 52 (36:52)

يس

قَالُوا۟ يَٰوَيْلَنَا مَنۢ بَعَثَنَا مِن مَّرْقَدِنَا ۜ ۗ هَٰذَا مَا وَعَدَ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنُ وَصَدَقَ …

Quran 36:52 is ayah 52 of Surah Ya-Sin (“Ya Sin”), a Meccan surah of 83 ayahs. It is in Juz 23, on page 443 of the Madani Mushaf.

قَالُوا۟يَٰوَيْلَنَامَنۢبَعَثَنَامِنمَّرْقَدِنَا ۜ ۗهَٰذَامَاوَعَدَٱلرَّحْمَٰنُوَصَدَقَٱلْمُرْسَلُونَ٥٢
qālū yāwaylanā man baʿathanā min marqadinā hādhā mā waʿada l-raḥmānu waṣadaqa l-mur'salūna

They will say, "O woe to us! Who has raised us up from our sleeping place?" [The reply will be], "This is what the Most Merciful had promised, and the messengers told the truth."(52)
