ٱلَّذِى لَهُۥ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ شَهِيدٌ

Quran 85:9 is ayah 9 of Surah Al-Buruj (“The Mansions of the Stars”), a Meccan surah of 22 ayahs. It is in Juz 30, on page 590 of the Madani Mushaf.

85:9

ٱلَّذِىلَهُۥمُلْكُٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِوَٱلْأَرْضِ ۚوَٱللَّهُعَلَىٰكُلِّشَىْءٍشَهِيدٌ٩

alladhī lahu mul'ku l-samāwāti wal-arḍi wal-lahu ʿalā kulli shayin shahīdun

To whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. And Allāh, over all things, is Witness.(9)
